Our relationship with Performance Aircraft was sort of an evolutionary one. We initially chose Performance Aircraft because we were looking for a T206 and your company was representing a seller who owned one. From the time we first called Performance Aircraft; obtaining information on the T206, discussing price, through negotiations, "putting the deal together", following through on the escrow and then closing this transactio; we found you all to be extremely professional and very efficient. For all the above reasons, including your marketing abilities, are why we came back to you for selling our old aircraft a few months later. We had an equally satisfying experience in you selling our plane (especially considering our traveling circumstances during the process). If we or any of our friends in the future have a need to buy or sell an aircraft, there is no question that we would highly recommend Performance Aircraft and encourage them to do so.
I spent the better part of two years looking for a 182 to become my first airplane. From my first conversation with Bill at Performance Aircraft, I began to narrow my search to late-model Skylanes due in no small part to his enthusiasm for, and knowledge of, the model series. Besides Bill's obvious expertise, I was also impressed with Performance Aircraft's website: a large number of exterior and interior photos from varying angles, complete logbook images, and comprehensive equipment lists demonstrate a transparency that is often lacking in aircraft listings. Once the purchase process was underway, Stacey was very helpful in providing frequent updates and offers of assistance. For a first-time buyer like myself, the experience was made much simpler by having Bill and Stacey as facilitators to the purchase. I couldn't be happier with my Skylane and would encourage anyone on either side of an aircraft transaction to give Performance Aircraft the opportunity to match buyer with seller.
Stacey and Bill did a great job of addressing any concerns I had along the way. I didn’t feel like I was being “sold” something; more like just working through the thought process of is this the right plane and price for me.
Performance communicated very well with us through the entire process and absolutely represented our best interests throughout. They were very knowledgeable of the market, took a personal interest in us and our aircraft, and were very friendly.
Bill and Stacey were very informative regarding the T206 we purchased and how it would fit our unique needs. Definitely give them a call and at the very least they are a wealth of knowledge. We had several unique needs that were met within a very short time frame. The only way we could have gotten it done in such a timely fashion was the unsurpassed level of customer service that they provided. Thanks!!
I think Stacey and Bill were most helpful by the straightforward, honest way they answered the questions I had about the aircraft they had for sale. After the purchase agreement Stacey helped with much of the details that helped the process go without a hitch. I really appreciated the professional way she helped me finalize the deal. I was able to proceed over the weekend and holiday without delay and that helped complete the purchase even though the aircraft was half way across the country.
I was fortunate to be able to visit them in person and after meeting them I had confidence that they were reputable, professional individuals I would be comfortable working with. I wasn't disappointed.
I chose Performance Aircraft becasue of their expertise in the market and their very competitive pricing. Bill and Stacey were relentless in taking care of all the details required to get a plane sold in a professional manner. Bill and Stacey exceeded all of my expectations. They did a great job of finding a quality buyer and getting the deal closed at a price I was happy with.
Performance Aircraft provided a turnkey service. In the beginning, once all the essential information had been exchanged, Performance took over and it was fairly seamless. I received regular updates, and then our interactions picked up again once the offers started rolling in. It was obvious that Performance Aircraft had a lot rigor in how they went about selling an airplane. Stacey, who I worked with quite a bit, was clearly dogging down every lead and was very persistent in her efforts.
I have nothing but high praise for them. Bill and Stacey are a delight to work with. Both have integrity and your best interest at heart, and they already know I will use them when it is time to sell my current aircraft. They are well connected with potential buyers. After listing my Skyhawk, I had three offers within ten days; and a near immediate sale within $2000 of my listing price to a buyer in Australia. My initial concerns about living in Arizona and using a broker located in Nebraska were unfounded. I have no doubts you will be as pleased as I.
I would certainly recommend that if you are buying or selling an airplane to contact Performance Aircraft. I knew that they monitored the market daily and would be able to find the specific airplane that I was looking for at the best possible price. Their expertise in the market can save you time, trouble, and money. Performance Aircraft takes the hassle out of buying or selling a plane!
As in many other areas, WHO you choose to broker/sell an airplane can make or break a deal. I wanted to work with someone that I could trust; someone that would provide advice that is best for ME, not just the brokerage. I found that in Performance Aircraft and never had a reason to second-guess my initial gut feelings.
Performance Aircraft gave me an honest assessment of what my plane was worth, and then helped me to present the plane in a manner that potential customers find most useful, thereby quickly attracting interested parties to my plane.
They are very clear and concise about what is and will be expected of you in the process of selling your airplane, and in most cases you will find that they are waiting on you rather than the other way around. Their process and follow-through helped me sell my plane quicker than I anticipated.
Performance Aircraft is not just a company that sells airplanes. They are a group of professionals providing a valuable service that you can trust. I found that when they said they could do something, more often than not they were under-promising and over-delivering. Why WOULDN'T you want to work with a company like that?
I was a Seller and then turned around and became a Buyer. With selling my Cessna T206, I felt they had the right contacts and were able to watch out for my best interest. The overall experience with Performance was smooth and very professional. I would strongly recommend Performance Aircraft.
My experience with Performance Aircraft was very positive and enjoyable. I chose Performance Aircraft because of how I was handled when they reached out to me, not pushy or promising things that I knew were not going to happen and also the knowledge they had on the T206 market. They were very helpful with advice on how to stage and photograph the airplane. The plane sold to an international buyer which I don't think I would have attracted on my own. I would definitely use Performance Aircraft in the future.
The number and quality of photos, the logs being available at a click, and the links to websites on avionics; is second to none and saves any potential buyer a lot of work. Your efforts in following up and offering to help source a suitable aircraft, are what resulted in this sale. Thanks for the professionalism and proficiency.

Having my license has given me and my family a lot of enjoyment in the sky. They all love it too and we are looking forward to trips together.
At Performance Aircraft, I felt like I was part of a family. Every instructor was available to answer questions. Everyone was very professional.
Performance Aircraft helps to make the flight training environment extremely effective with new technology combined with years of tried and true flight experience. Their attention to detail and their commitment to safety made me feel comfortable and safe using their fleet of aircraft. Each of Performance Aircraft’s instructors bring a different level of experience to the cockpit and all have contributed to making me a better and safer pilot.
Performance Aircraft has a nice range of aircraft for training and rental. It’s a fleet that can't be beat around Nebraska. The aircraft was maintained without creating problems scheduling lessons. The instructor was very flexible with his schedule and allowed me to fly during weekday evenings. They are friendly, professional, safe instructors that like what they do and want you to like it too.
With an instrument rating I get a lot more utility from my pilot certificate and feel that I am a better, safer pilot.
Performance Aircraft was great about scheduling hours around my busy schedule since we have six kids. They were extremely knowledgeable about all the aspects of flying and had a lot of experience. They are familiar with every type of aircraft and being able to gauge my level of comfort and move forward is something they are pro at.
Being in an airport with a tower gave me more experience and I gained strides in feeling comfortable with the radio.
I purchased an airplane from Performance Aircraft a few years ago and have also utilized some of their Flight Training Services since that time. I have developed a respect for their professional expertise in both their Training and Sales side of their business.
