Now Available: Winter 2019 Aircraft Market Reports

January 24, 2019

2018 was an unusually active year. With the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act being signed into law in December 2017, a greater number of optimistic and tax-motivated buyers entered the market and kept the markets strong throughout 2018. In fact, most of the aircraft models discussed in our Winter 2019 Aircraft Market Reports strong activity throughout 2018. With lower-than-average inventory levels for pre-owned aircraft in early 2019, we are still seeing a lot of buyer activity. Many of the sellers from the later months of 2018 are now looking for an aircraft to replace the one they sold. Spring 2019 Update

April 9, 2019

With signs of Spring beginning to appear, we are also witnessing rapid changes with the construction of our new facility. The exterior of the building is coming together, with cement work to be completed shortly. Currently, completion of the new facility is slated for sometime this summer.The new facility will be the home of our rapidly expanding flight training center and pilot training academy as well as continued aircraft sales business. With roughly 6,000 square feet of office space and a large aircraft hangar, the new facility will be the perfect space for customers as they complete their flight training. We're pleased to announce the addition of another CFI, Ryan Lutzkanin, to our team.Ryan grew up in a military family and moved around every few years. He’s lived in most parts of the United States and spent six years in a small town in Germany. His family settled down in Kansas City, where he attended The University of Kansas and studied philosophy and economics. Learn More...
